Volunteer work days

These days are an opportunity to work together to enhance the natural beauty and biodiversity of the meadows. As well as being a way of engaging in purposeful conservation work, these days are also an opportunity to meet new people and reconnect with existing friends.

Work days begin at 10am. If you would like to come please let us know beforehand by email so that we can notify you of any changes of plan due to weather.

We provide volunteers with soup for lunch plus plenty of tea and biscuits. Please bring your own crockery, mug and utensils.

Wear clothes and boots to suit the weather, ones you don’t mind getting dirty or torn by brambles. Bring work gloves and handtools (fork, spade, secateurs or loppers) if you have them.
